 Went fishing for about 20 minutes on my way to work this morning.

Weather conditions: 40 degrees, clear skies and no wind.

• Caught 1 largemouth bass with a H2O XPRESS Shallow Running Jointed Square-Bill Crankbait. Beautiful 17 inch fish who put up a real fight! Fall is in the air and it's getting cooler every morning.

Fishing Trip November 9, 2023 6:10 AM

 Went fishing for about 15 minutes on my way to work this morning.

Weather conditions: 43 degrees, clear skies and no wind. Much colder than yesterday.

I was using a H2O XPRESS Shallow Running Jointed Square-Bill Crankbait. I had one on the line and was reeling him in when he spit the hook. A lot of fish were surface feeding as the sun started to break over the horizon.

 Went fishing for about 20 minutes on my way to work this morning.

Weather conditions: 57 degrees, clear skies and no wind.

• Caught 1 largemouth bass with a H2O XPRESS Shallow Running Jointed Square-Bill Crankbait. This bass measured 19 inches. Beautiful sunrise this morning.

Fishing Trip October 27, 2023 6:00 AM

 Went fishing for about 20 minutes on my way to work this morning.

Weather conditions: 67 degrees, overcast skies and a light wind from the south.

• Caught 1 largemouth bass with a H2O XPRESS Shallow Running Jointed Square-Bill Crankbait. This bass measured 17 inches and put up a nice fight. I wanted to get in at least one stop at the lake before the colder weather comes. Hard to believe that it has been several years since I've done this on my way to work.

Went fishing for about 35 minutes on my way to work this morning. Much calmer weather today, but colder. I had three fish on line line but only landed two.

Went fishing for about 25 minutes on my way to work this morning. Very windy again today. I caught a bass on my first cast and then the fishing activity died.

Went fishing for about 40 minutes on my way to work this morning. Very windy and no fish activity except one crappie, which I caught. The surface of the lake was choppy with lots of waves from the wind. I saw an opossum walking up and down the bank. It stopped and looked at me a couple of times and kept on going.

Weather conditions: 59 degrees, very cloudy and very windy with 15 mph winds from the south.

Went fishing for about 45 minutes on my way to work this morning. Like yesterday, the moon is almost in a new moon phase, so the fish were very active. I caught four bass, one of them was #400 for the year. I was also surprised when I reeled in a catfish with my crankbait!

Weather conditions: 42 degrees, clear sky with a light breeze from the southeast.

Went fishing for about 45 minutes on my way to work this morning. It was cold and the ground had frost on it. The moon is almost in a new moon phase, so the fish were much more active this morning despite the colder conditions. One of the bass I caught was 15 inches—a legal keeper, but I released it to live on for another season.

Went fishing for about 30 minutes on my way to work this morning. It was 20 degrees colder than yesterday at this time. Brrr. I had two fish on but one got off before I could land it.

Went fishing for about 35 minutes on my way to work this morning. It was cloudy and windy with a few light sprinkles of rain. I had five fish on the line but one got off before I could land it.
